The Admin screen of the Travel Manager Portal allows you to:
- Invite new users
- Delete users
- Modify users' access permissions
- View an audit log of all actions performed on the Admin screen
Invite New Users
Step 1: In the Managing Your Users pane, click Invite.
Step 2: Enter the email address of the new user.
The User Is Administrator toggle allows you to give the user admin permissions.
In the Feature section, use the checkboxes to select the user's level of access to each feature of the Travel Manager Portal.
Then click Invite.
Once you delete a user, their account cannot be recovered. However, you may invite that user to create a new account following the steps above.
Step 1: In the Managing Your Users pane, find the user you wish to delete and click the trash button on the right.
Step 2: When the confirmation message appears, click Delete.
